Beetroot Juice 2

More trivia about beetroot in my kitchen. Most recipes were found here or here.

To cook either boil or bake. I preferred baking - less messy, no red water!
After cooking peel and remove last of the roots and stems.
200g dark dark chocolate - and none left over for tasting! Boo.
Mix the crumbled chocolate and the pureed beetroot.
Everything just goes in - see recipe for ingredients.
Whizz it all up. Mmmmm!
One hour or so later.
Icing is optional.
Next pickled beetroot and fruity chutney.

    I made two - one with the boiled beets, to which I added more of the red water for moisture; the other with the baked beets, so no juice added. The first had a red look to it, the second didn't.
