| After cooking peel and remove last of the roots and stems. |
| 200g dark dark chocolate - and none left over for tasting! Boo. |
| Mix the crumbled chocolate and the pureed beetroot. |
| Everything just goes in - see recipe for ingredients. |
| Whizz it all up. Mmmmm! |
| One hour or so later. |
| Icing is optional. |
| Next pickled beetroot and fruity chutney. |

ReplyDeleteI made two - one with the boiled beets, to which I added more of the red water for moisture; the other with the baked beets, so no juice added. The first had a red look to it, the second didn't.
