It was my first full week back at work, after great hols and breaks not illness thank goodness. For the first half it has felt like I had no energy at all to give, and zilch motivation also. Luckily I am now feeling a little better. Maybe it was the two walks I took this week in the evenings. My goals is to increase to every day walking again, or at least every other day. Then once I have built up my stamina again to get out on a proper hike or two.
I'm doing
Mindful in May which I am hoping will help me keep centred in so many areas of my life just now. Home is about to become a little more busy again, as we welcome back our young houseguests for a little bit longer this time.
